What makes our educational programs successful is the methodology that we follow while planning each program.

This methodology consists of the following five principles:

    Trainees Status

In order for the program to achieve its goal, a meeting takes place between our Senior Instructor and the respective supervisor – manager for the specific educational programs. Through this meeting the Senior Instructor is updated regarding the level of knowledge, the needs, the composition of the group to be trained and the infrastructure – buildings – sites of the customer. Next step is to process all the info gathered and to create a custom made program for each customer, in order to satisfy the actual educational needs of the employees – trainees.

    Study & Planning

Following and based on the 1st principle is the “Study & Planning” stage. All topics to be used, which constitute the total educational program theme, are designed in such a way so as to be combined and tailor made customized to meet the trainees needs.

    Educational Means & Equipment

In this stage the respective equipments and the educational means are chosen for the specific programs. The program take place using up to date educational methods, such us: lecture, question handling, photo – video presentations, case studies, discussion, etc. through PC, projectors and hard copy notes.

    Implementation

The seminar is implemented theoretically and practically, based on the agreed contents between the two parties.

    Evaluation

Once the theory and practice parts of the program are over, the final and critical part of the program evaluation follows. The evaluation relates to different levels, such as: trainer, educational means, educational facilities, etc. Through the evaluation we are able to further improve our services based on the feedback that we receive, to better satisfy the trainees needs in the near future.
