E.S.E.R. Training Program

On the two-day weekend of 31/8 and 1/9, the company “Mathioudakis Bros.” attended the training program “Enclosed Space Entry and Rescue – E.S.E.R.” . The company’s managers and employees, in addition to the theoretical training they attended, carried out realistic exercises at the training field in Schimatari. The exercises included references to the necessity and type of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to the procedures for entering and exiting an enclosed space, to working within it and the potential risks that arise, as well as rescue and self-rescue scenarios in the event of an accident. The excellent cooperation between trainers and trainees, combined with the realistic scenarios of this type of work, yielded excellent results.
